Holistic healing is a form of healing that considers the body, mind, spirit, and emotions. In the quest for optimal health and wellness, the “whole person” is focused on, not just the malady itself. So, on my journey there have been several resources that have helped me and I would like to share them with you. They might help you on your journey. First, and most important to me, is my church, Unity. You don’t have to go to Unity, however I feel that God is part of the journey and Unity has assisted me on mine. Next, I was very sick and the medical doctors wanted to operate and remove my stomach and replace it with a bag. Not a choice for me. I was in the emergency room almost every week with pain. My sister Vivette found Gerson Therapy. After some research I was very impressed watched The Beautiful Truth and Gerson Miracle. I bought and read his books and flew out to San Diego and attended the Gerson basic workshop. I applied the Gerson Therapy for 8 months and today I have no pain and I can eat anything I want and I haven’t been in the emergency room for stomach pain in over a year. www.gerson.org

I too suffered from PTSD and I too had to go to therapy and I choose what I saw was the most effective with my patient’s, EMDR.

Then, I was diagnosed with a cyst on my spine, arthritis on my knees and lower back, and a herniated disc. I was in a lot of pain. It was difficult for me to walk and painful for me to sleep. I started taking a class called Somatics and now I am a Somatics Educator and I use it to heal myself. I now can walk and run and I sleep without pain. I feel like new lol. So, please check out the book or find a Somatics Educator in your area. Somatics is living from the inside out.
